- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've always gone to this UPS 2-3 times a year. They recently got new staff for. One poor customer service and two they know very little about their position. I paid for first class and in the recipients name they put the address now I'm having to call multiple numbers to cancel it. It's unprofessional and unnecessary to do all these extra steps had they verified the address there like they usually do.By Brenda Santibanez, September 15, 2017

I have been to this location several times and wait time is always extremely short and staff is always friendly and helpful with customers. The staff was able to help me create and print my wedding invitations from scratch. We were able to have 300 invitations created and printed for much cheaper than it would be at a traditional printer. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Melissa was such a great help today!! They were extremely understaffed leaving her there alone and they ended up being extremely busy.
